Movement restoration and rehab coaching in Ballajura

Jen Adams, movement restoration and rehab coach at Hell's Bells Fitness Ballajura
Jen Adams, coach and owner

Most personal trainers make you sweat. Jen starts somewhere different: she works out why your body hurts, where movement has been lost, and what needs to be restored before you load it.

That is why chiropractors and physios refer clients to Hell's Bells Fitness. As a functional movement coach in Perth with more than four decades in the industry, Jen bridges the gap between clinical treatment and real life: getting off the floor easily, lifting without fear, riding, working and playing without paying for it the next day.

The method is simple and it does not change: assess, restore movement, improve function, build strength.

The method

How every program works

The order matters. Loading a body that cannot move well just trains the dysfunction. Restoring movement first is what makes the strength stick.

Assess

A detailed movement assessment finds your starting point and uncovers the reasons behind pain, stiffness and lost movement.

Restore movement

Targeted mobility and stability work wins back range of motion where your body has lost it.

Improve function

New movement gets wired into real patterns: squatting, hinging, carrying, reaching, getting up off the floor.

Build strength

Progressive strength and kettlebell training loads those patterns so the results last for life.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Most clients arrive stiff, sore or recovering from injury. Every program starts with a movement assessment, so training begins exactly where your body is right now, not where a generic program assumes it should be.

Where is Hell's Bells Fitness located?

The studio is in Ballajura, Perth, Western Australia. It is a private home studio, so the full address is shared when you book your first consult. Clients travel from Malaga, Beechboro, Noranda, Morley, Bennett Springs and surrounding Perth suburbs.

Do you work with injuries and ongoing pain?

Yes. Injury rehabilitation and movement restoration are the core of what Jen does. She works alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors, and receives referrals from them, to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and full function.

How much does it cost to get started?

The Kickstarter pack is 3 sessions a week for 3 weeks for $129. It includes a comprehensive movement assessment, a nutrition overview session, an introduction to mobility and stability training, and lifestyle habit coaching for sleep and stress.

What if I work FIFO or cannot train in person every week?

Jen runs flexible in-person and remote programs for FIFO workers, so you can keep progressing on site and train in person when you are back in Perth.

Start with a movement assessment

Tell Jen what hurts, what has stopped working and what you want back. The assessment finds the why, and the program takes care of the how.
